Phase 1 Sports has been in Hawaii since 2015.

Former Waianae High School Football Alumni & University of Hawaii Alumni, Paul Alferez made the decision to give Hawaii Athletes a competitive edge to compete nation wide.

Coach Paul has an extensive background as a trainer.

- Started his career as a trainer in the year 2000

- NASM Personal Trainer certified 

- NASM Sports Performance Trainer certified

- NASM Speed Agility Quickness certified 

- Life Guard certified 

- Quarterback Skills Training

- Wide Receiver Skills Training

Coach Paul has helped hundreds of athletes in Hawaii get to college level of play in all sports. Not only physically, but mentally and spiritually.
