It's important to train correctly while in season. You can't train like you would while in the off season. This will lead you to either over training that will hinder your play on the field or it will lead to injury.

You will participate 2 days a week for not more than 45 minutes in a program that will keep you charged through out the entire season. It will keep you strong and prevent you from getting injured.

This program will separate you from the rest!
