SAQ (Intermediate)

Whether you are in-season, preparing for your next sport or competing year-round, we have times and programs to help you reach your maximum potential.  
SAQ- Speed, Agility, Quickness Intermediate are for those who played sports for at least 1 year.

We will teach your athlete the proper technique/running form. They will learn how to efficiently learn how to use their body correctly. Functional strength to start working on their core and strength. 

Phase 1 Hawaii has been the leader in athlete development for over 20 years. Our specialty has been and continues to be an athletic functional movement.

New SAQ Training Schedule:


Monday-Thursday: 5 pm-6 pm

$150 unlimited sessions in a month per athlete (4 sessions a week)

$20 single session Drop-in
