We will teach your athlete the proper technique/running form. They will learn how to efficiently learn how to use their body correctly. Functional strength to start working on their core and strength. 

Phase 1 Hawaii has been the leader in athlete development for over 15 years. Our specialty has been and continues to be athletic functional movement.

Monday-Thursday: 5 pm-6 pm

$150 unlimited sessions in a month per month per athlete (4 sessions a week)

$20 single session Drop-in
